1. Advertiser responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, campaigns, products, landing destinations, claims, offers, disclosures, and agents. You must complete requested business verification and have authority to advertise each product, brand, and destination.
2. Ad standards
- Ads must be truthful, substantiated, current, and not misleading by statement, omission, design, or destination.
- Ads and landing pages must comply with law, industry rules, Posto policies, and required sponsorship disclosures.
- You may not promote illegal, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, malicious, or restricted products without Posto's prior written approval.
- You must maintain accurate prices, availability, locations, eligibility conditions, cancellation terms, and material limitations.
3. Campaign instructions and auction
Budgets, objectives, target metrics, dates, and eligible products are your instructions. Posto may use automated matching and Campaign Agents within documented controls. Auction delivery is not guaranteed. Unless an order states otherwise, eligible impressions are priced under the auction rules shown in current documentation, subject to bid, relevance, publisher floor, pacing, budget, and safety gates.
4. Funding and spend
You must maintain sufficient available balance and are responsible for valid spend, taxes, chargebacks, and processor fees described at checkout or in an order. A campaign budget is a cap, not a promise of delivery. Unused reserved budget returns to your Posto balance under the product rules; it is not automatically a refund to the original payment method.
5. Measurement and conversions
Posto reports delivery based on authenticated app events and its own tracking controls. You must submit Conversion API events only for genuine outcomes, use a stable event ID for retries, preserve the Posto click ID, and provide accurate event time and value. Do not send sensitive personal data. Posto may reject, deduplicate, reverse, or exclude invalid or unverifiable events.
6. Data use
You may use Posto reporting to evaluate your own campaigns. You may not identify end users, combine reports to create sensitive profiles, target prohibited categories, or use Posto data to train a model unrelated to campaign operation without written permission. Context transcripts are not disclosed to advertisers.
7. Review and enforcement
Posto may review or reject ads, products, destinations, or campaigns and may suspend spend when required by law, policy, security, fraud, or account risk. Review does not transfer responsibility for your advertising to Posto.
8. Your indemnity
In addition to the Terms of Service, you will defend and indemnify Posto and participating Developers from claims arising from your ads, products, destinations, offers, instructions, data, conversion events, regulatory noncompliance, or breach of these Advertiser Terms.
